Adam Powell, also known as Adamp5104, is an American YouTuber and former Go!Animator. He's a fan of Smash Bros Lawl, and is also the creator of Lawl Bros, a comedic Bro Show turned sitcom on Go!Animate starring himself, his bro and fellow GoAnimator, Sonny Slaven, his step-brother Bobby Rust, Sonny's friend Daniel Weywards, Mary from Ib and Strong Bad from Homestar Runner. Adam appears in All Star Smashers as one of the unlockable Narrators.

Neutral B: Shotgun Bonanza[]

Adam gets out a shotgun, and blasts his opponents with it. If you hold down the B button, Adam’s shotgun blasts will be much more powerful than normal. You can also rapidly tap the B button, so that Adam can blast 5 times in a row. You can only blast in the direction you’re facing, so this move will leave you open from behind, so be careful.

Move Origin[]

This move is based on a custom Smash Bros-style moveset Adam made of himself long ago, where this was his Final Smash.

Side B: Food Battle[]

Adam gets out some food and throws it forward. If it hits somebody, there’s a chance that the food will secretly have an explosive inside, resulting in it self-destructing. Much like Psycho Dad’s consoles, the food will be on a roulette system. Holding B down will have Adam cycle through various types of food, while just pressing B will have him throw the one currently selected. The kind of food he can get are as follows.

  • Giant Gummy Snake: A little slow but has good distance. (4-6% damage)
  • Rainbow Lollipop: Average in speed and distance, but has the highest range. (3-5% damage)
  • Chocolate Coated Banana: Travels the farthest out of all the food. (3-5% damage)
  • Rock Candy: The slowest of the food and travels the shortest distance, but deals the most damage. (6-8% damage)
  • Pink Frosted Sprinkled Donut: Trades off its damage and explosiveness for pure speed. (1-3% damage)

The order is always the Giant Gummy Snake, Rainbow Lollipop, Chocolate Coated Banana, Rock Candy and Pink Frosted Sprinkled Donut. The more damaging the food, the bigger the explosion.

This move is not only inspired by Smosh's Food Battle series, but also Adam’s own version of the series on Go!Animate.

Up B: UFO Abduction[]

Adam gets abducted by an alien spaceship. You can use the joystick to move the spaceship, and press the B button to shoot Adam back out. Pressing A allows you to shoot lasers from the UFO. If the UFO gets damaged enough, it will get destroyed and Adam will be forced out of it.

If I remember my memory correctly, this move was also from Adam’s old moveset of himself he made, where this was his Up-B move. I think I recall the move originating from Bobby the Call of Duty King. IDK, Go!Animate’s been dead for years. :P

Down B: Bat-Adam[]

Adam will transform into his Batman-esque superhero alter ego. In this state, your moves will be slightly altered, and you can use various gadgets to trick and trap your foes, such as a batarang or a grappling hook. You can switch out of this form anytime by pressing Down B again, and there’s a 10 second cooldown before you can use it again. Additionally, transforming when very close to someone will briefly stun them.

This move is based on the classic Batman & Adam series, where Adam would team up with Batman in fighting crime.

Final Smash: Super Beam[]

Adam yells the name of his Final Smash, and points forward, shooting a powerful beam of light in whatever direction he’s facing. It is recommended to stay away from the beam while Adam is firing, or else you’ll receive major damage and knockback, and can potentially be KO’d if your damage is high enough. After 5 seconds, Adam will stop firin’ his lazah.

Adam’s done this move in various videos, usually as his answer towards a lot of things, such as opening a jar of pickles in Lawl Bros Episode 1, or murdering SpongeBob in one of his “SpongeBob Won the Kid Choice Awards Again, and Adam Didn’t Appreciate It” videos.

  • Angry Boss: Hey, that’s Adamp5104, isn’t it?
  • Owen Maddox: Good eye, Boss. Are you familiar with him already?
  • Boss: Not really. All I know about this character is that he’s friends with Sonny.
  • Maddox: Ah. Well, like Sonny, he made his presence known through Go!Animate, back when it wasn’t terrible. He had gone on various adventures in the past, such as fighting with Hitler, competing in Food Battles with his step brother Bobby, and teaming up with Batman to fight crime.
  • Boss: The funk? What the heck is Batman doing fighting crime?
  • Maddox: No not him, I mean the actual Batman.
  • Boss: Oh, right…
  • Maddox: As I was saying, Adam had gone on a lot of adventures in the past, but it wasn’t until he joined forces with Sonny to create Lawl Bros. that things really took off… That was until Go!Animate died and he left. Now you can’t watch nearly all of his old videos.
  • Boss: Inconceivable! I would have greatly preferred seeing more content from this guy on Go!Animate! How dare they ruin that once great website! Oh, who is to blame for this travesty?!
  • Maddox: Well, um… I guess you could blame Alvin Hung since he created the site.

  • Adam also makes a cameo appearance in the Talk Room, where he is seen in his White Houserz variant, mourning a character that had just been Kruel KO'd.
  • Adam also had his own Go!Animate based spin-off to Lawl called Smash Bros. Lawl Go!Animate, which included himself, Sonny, Bobby and Daniel as playable characters. And unlike in All Star Smashers, Sonny was not a Joke character in SSBLGA.
